My Community Plan Foundation (MCP) is a Chicago based public charitable nonprofit focused on assisting faith-based organizations in transforming communities from blighted and marginalized to productive and self-sufficient. MCP accomplishes our objectives by providing member organizations with tools to effectively manage, report, and communicate with stakeholders in ever aspect of community transformation.

The Faith Community and associated Non-Profit Corporations are engaged in good work to satisfy the needs of their community. This good work improves the community through various acts of service that remind us:

“Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter when you see the naked, to clothe them, and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood”
